You may use openers generated by the service for any lawful outreach. You may not use the service to generate, send, or facilitate spam, harassment, deceptive communications, or any messages prohibited by Australian, US, or UK anti-spam law (including the Spam Act 2003, CAN-SPAM Act, and UK PECR/GDPR rules). You are responsible for compliance with your local outreach laws.
See our separate Refund Policy. Short version: 30-day no-questions-asked refund on the Playbook, full refund on undelivered batch jobs, and a prorated refund on Sheets Pro for the unused portion of the billing cycle if you cancel within 14 days.
Subscriptions automatically renew monthly until you cancel. You can cancel at any time via the Stripe-hosted customer portal linked in your receipt email. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
The free DIY tier and paid services run on third-party infrastructure (Vercel, Anthropic, Apify). We do not guarantee uptime or output quality. The AI may produce inaccurate or low-quality openers, especially for non-English pages or sites with thin content. You agree to review every opener before sending.
For free DIY use, your Anthropic API key never leaves your browser. For paid use, we process URLs and prompts you submit through our server, retain minimal logs for 30 days (request count, status code, timing), and never share your data with third parties except Stripe (for payment processing) and Anthropic (for the LLM call). To the extent permitted by Australian law, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or business-loss damages arising from your use of the openers generated.
We may update these terms with 30 days' notice via email or a notice on the site. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Sydney, NSW.
